Fruit Fillets

- 1 pound fresh fish fillets shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon dried leaf oregano or marjoram shopping list
- 3 tablespoons butter melted shopping list
- paprika shopping list
- 1 large grapefruit sectioned shopping list
How to make it
- Place filets on foil in broiler pan.
- Add salt, pepper and oregano or marjoram to melted butter.
- Brush fish with half of the butter mixture.
- Sprinkle with paprika and place in preheated broiler about five inches below heat.
- Broil until fish is easily flaked but still moist about 10-12 minutes.
- Three minutes before fish is cooked place grapefruit sections on top.
- Brush with remaining butter mixture and continue broiling.
