How to make it

  • Place filets on foil in broiler pan.
  • Add salt, pepper and oregano or marjoram to melted butter.
  • Brush fish with half of the butter mixture.
  • Sprinkle with paprika and place in preheated broiler about five inches below heat.
  • Broil until fish is easily flaked but still moist about 10-12 minutes.
  • Three minutes before fish is cooked place grapefruit sections on top.
  • Brush with remaining butter mixture and continue broiling.
