Ingredients
  • 1 can of chunk light tuna (packed in water)
  • 2 tsp of mayo
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • one 1/4 inch slice of a yellow onion ~ diced fine
  • a pinch of dried thyme
  • a few shakes of pepper
  • a lil bit of olive oil

Directions
  1. Drain the tuna and add the meat to a bowl with vinegar, salt, mayo and pepper.
  2. in a saute pan over medium/low heat sweat the onions (with oil) until almost translucent.
  3. Turn the heat up to medium to medium high and add the thyme, toss frequently.
  4. When the onions have gotten crispy looking and dark on the edges, spoon them into the tuna (without adding the cooking oil)
  5. Mix it together and serve any way you like. Its best if you let it sit an hour or so first but its good no matter what.
  6. Enjoy!
