Avocado Lime Ice Cream
- 2 avocados
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup whipping cream whipped
How to make it
- Blend avocados, lime juice and honey in blender until smooth then fold in cream.
- Pour into a mold and freeze until firm a minimum of 4 hours.
- Dip mold in hot water for one minute until loosened.
- Invert on serving dish and garnish with almonds and freshly grated coconut.
