- 1 Cucumber (peeled)
- 1 Cup of Yogurt
- 2 Cloves of Garlic (minced)
- 1 Tablespoon of Dill
- Salt & Pepper to taste
How to make it
- Grate the Cucumber....that's right, I said Grate.
- Place the Grated Cucumber in a bowl with the Yogurt, Garlic, Dill and mix to combine.
- Salt and Pepper the dip to taste.
- Let Chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Goes Great with Corn Chips, Pita Bread, or as a topping on Gyros.
