Ingredients
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp. soda

Directions
  1. Cream butter and sugar, add yolk. Beat well,add flour and soda,
  2. mix together well, roll into small balls and flatten with fork, place
  3. a piece of cherry in center and bake at 325F, for 8 - 10 minutes.
