Grape Lemon Sherbet
- 1 pint lemon sherbet
- 1-1/2 cups grape juice
- 1/2 cups grape preserves
- 2 tablespoons grated lemon rind
How to make it
- Let sherbet soften slightly in refrigerator.
- Turn into electric blender with grape juice and preserves and lemon rind.
- Blend on low speed until thoroughly mixed.
- Do not let sherbet melt completely.
- Turn into ice cube tray without partitions and freeze until firm.
