I love this dish and it is very easy to make - you don't even have to brown the chicken. This is my standby.
It is from a cook book, but I can't remember which one.

We made this today and it is REALLY good! We had to use regular yellow mustard and we ended up letting it marinade overnight cuz we were too lazy to cook it last night and had leftovers.... It was so moist and tender and the sauce has just a bit of heat... yumm! :D
