Ingredients
  • Peas any amount
  • butter to your liking
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of broth
  • 1 egg yolk

Directions
  1. Boil the peas and throw into cold iced water, then put them in a pan with a little butter, a tablespoonful and a half of broth, one yolk of egg; stir fast, and they are done.
