Ultimate Brownies Recipe

Ingredients

1 ½ cups butter

3 cups sugar

2 tsp vanilla

7 eggs

1 1/4 cups flour

1 ½ cups unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tsp salt

1 cup chopped walnuts, or chocolate chips, optional

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line on 9x13" pan with foil and spray, or use parchment paper (recommended)

Melt butter in a medium sauce pan. Stir in sugar until dissolved. Remove mixture from heat and beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each one. Stir in vanilla.

Sift flour, cocoa and salt. Add to butter mixture. Mix until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread into pan, and bake for 45-50mins. Do not overbake!!!
