Ultimate Brownies

These brownies are the best we have ever had! They take a bit of work, but are well worth the effort! Rich and gooey, they are amazing when still warm! But they are thick and stay moist even when cooled.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups butter shopping list
- 3 cups sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 7 eggs shopping list
- 1 1/4 cups flour shopping list
- 1 ½ cups unsweetened cocoa powder shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 cup chopped walnuts, or chocolate chips, optional shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line on 9x13" pan with foil and spray, or use parchment paper (recommended)
- Melt butter in a medium sauce pan. Stir in sugar until dissolved. Remove mixture from heat and beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each one. Stir in vanilla.
- Sift flour, cocoa and salt. Add to butter mixture. Mix until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread into pan, and bake for 45-50mins. Do not overbake!!!
