Hot Artichoke Dip
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained (14 oz)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- dash of salt
- 1 to 2 jalapenos, seeded
- 3 dashes of your favorite hot sauce
- juice of 1/4 lemon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
How to make it
- In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients.
- Pulse a couple times until all is chopped..
- Serve with assorted veggies, chips, or crackers.
