How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Line 18 muffin cups with paper cup baking cups.
  • Stir toffee chips into cake batter, mix well and fill cups 3/4 full.
  • Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool completely.
  • In medium bowl, combine frosting and food coloring, mix well.
  • Cover the tops of the cupcakes with frosting.
  • With scissors cut 7 petal shapes from each marshmallow ( might need extra to perfect this, it took me a couple to get it down at first)
  • Place a gumdrop in the center of the cupcakes.
  • Place petals around gumdrops forming flowers.
  • Serve or cover until served.
  • Enjoy!
