- 3 eggs (I use organic)
- Kosher salt and cracked fresh pepper
- Enough all purpose flour to make a thick, sticky dough.

- Mix in flour until good consistency.
- Depends on what you are cooking as to when dumplings are added.
- Chicken and dumplings - before thickening
- Oyster - before adding oysters
- Potato-last thing you add.
