How to make it

  • brown ground beef and onion together, add seasonings and enough milk to moisten.
  • break egg in 1 cup measuring cup add milk to make a 1/2 cup, combine with biscuit mix.
  • roll to 1/8 thickness and cut into 6 x 6 squares (about 6 of them)
  • Pile meat misture on one side of each square, fold dough over meat and press edges together.
  • cut holes in top and brush with egg and milk.
  • Bake in a hot over (425 degrees) for 30 minutes.
