How to make it

  • Whenever I have an old banana I cut them (peel and all) into chunks into the disposal, running hot water the entire time.
  • When I make coffee, I will put the grounds into the disposal, running hot water.
  • After peeling citrus fruit, I cut the peel into smallish-pieces and put them in the disposal, running hot water.

    Oh crap! I just promised my sister that I would save my coffee grounds for her composter. I knew about the citrus peels but not the coffee grounds. Thanks.
