Aunt Mikes Cheesecake Disaster Recipe

One of my favorite desserts. If you like cheesecake I highly suggest this endulgence. Goes great with a cold glass of milk or ice cream. Just use your favorite fruit!

Ingredients
- CRUST:
- *1 Box of graham crackers
- *1 Stick of REAL butter
- *1-2 cups white sugar
- FILLING:
- *2 8oz. blocks of cream cheese
- *1 egg
- *1 cup white sugar
- *1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- *1 can fruit pie filling flavor of your choice
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Put the graham crackers in a gallon size freezer bag and smash them.
- Melt butter.
- Put the crushed graham crackers in a large bowl, add a cup of sugar, then the melted butter and mix it all up. It may need more sugar and butter, your sweet tooth can be the judge.
- Line the bottom of your pie pan with half of the crust saving the other half for the top!
- Put everything else BESIDES the pie filling in a mixing bowl and use a beater to mix it together until smooth.
- Add this mixture on top of the crust only going half way up to the top. There will be extra.
- Put your pie filling on top of the cream cheese. (I try to add just the fruit leaving the majority of the syrup in the can.)
- Put the rest of the graham cracker crust on top.
- Bake for 40-60 minutes.
- Let it cool and serve with ice cream.

If you wanna be lazy you can buy a premade graham cracker crust and leave off the top crust. Still tastes awesome like that. Deliciously simple
