Crock Pot Stewed Rhubarb
- Time 480 minutes
- Serves 4
- 4 cups rhubarb cut into 2" pieces
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How to make it
- Place rhubarb, sugar and water into crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Remove the cover then turn off heat and stir in butter and vanilla.
- Chill before serving.
