Cheese Stuffed Hungarian Peppers
- Time 35 minutes
- Serves 12
- 1- 1/2 lb riccata cheese
- 1 lb mozarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 C parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 Tbs oil
- 1 - 2 Gloves of garlic, pressed (to taste)
- 12 Hungarian Peppers, cleaned
How to make it
- Mix all cheeses together.
- Add salt, parsley, and garlic - mix well.
- Stuff peppers with cheese mixture.
- Place on foil lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle oil on peppers.
- Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
