- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- A dash of cayenne pepper
- 3 cans Mexicorn, drained
- 2 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup jalapeno pepper, diced, or to taste
- 2/3 cup onions
- salt and pepper to taste
How to make it
- Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, cumin, garlic and cayenne.
- Fold in remaining ingredients and chill.
- Before serving, taste and adjust seasoning.
