This is my family's traditional brunch cocktail while watching the Rose Parade

Ingredients
  • 4 oz gin
  • 1 oz triple sec
  • 4 tbsp cream
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 2 fresh egg white, use Eggland's Best (pasteurized)
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • Fresh grated nutmeg

Directions
  1. In a blender, fill about 1/2 way with ice
  2. Add all ingredients and blend on high until smooth
  3. Serve in margarita glass or similar stem
  4. Top with nutmeg and serve
  5. WARNING: These go down easy but sneak up on you very quickly
