Spinach Casserloe Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 TBS chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
  • 2 cups shredded chedder, montary jack and mozzerella blend
  • 4 oz. cooked pasta
  • fresh mushrooms sliced
  • basil, dill, oregano to taste
  • 2 TBS parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. Mix all together except parmesan cheese
  2. pour into casserole dish
  3. sprinkle par. cheese over top
  4. Bake covered at 350 for 15 min
  5. uncover and continue cooking for 15-20 min more.
