- Search in your Refrigerator: shopping list
- Dark green zucchini - cut in 1/4" chunks shopping list
- 1 Large yellow onion cut into 8 pieces shopping list
- 2 Medium red onion cut in 8 pieces shopping list
- 3 Medium turnips cut in small slices shopping list
- cauliflower cut into small florets shopping list
- Berkeley cut into small florets shopping list
- Red, Yellow, orange and green bell pepper cut into squares (for colors) shopping list
- 3 Large carrots cut into 1/4" chucks shopping list
- string beans shopping list
- One Large head of garlic broken up into individual cloves shopping list
- You could include any other vegetable you have as long as it can be cut into chucks. For example: peas, beans or corn will not work shopping list
- Italian herbs & spices shopping list
- 1/4 cup of olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare the vegetables depending on the number of guests or family members. Approximately one coffee mug size per person.
- spread foil on an large oven tray and bush it with the Oil
- Spread the vegetables on the tray at the most 2 layers
- Sprikle Dry Basil, Dry Oregano, Dry Mint Leaves and mix with vegetable
- Spray the remaining oil using a spray bottle on the vegetables
- Heat oven broiler on 400 and then put the try on the lower shelf for 10 min
- Raise the tray to the top shelf in the oven for another 10 minutes
- Serve hot or cool, everyone will fight for it.
- Stove Top:
- You could use a wok by heating the oil and mix all the veggies then cover for 10 min then mix and turn every 2 min for another 10 min.
