- 1 cup whole wheat flour shopping list
- 1 cup natural bran shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp. baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 1 cup shredded carrots shopping list
- 1/2 cup raisins shopping list
- 1 cup buttermilk shopping list
- 1/4 cup oil shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- In a large mixing bowl add and stir together all dry ingredients.
- Add carrot, raisins, buttermilk, oil, egg and vanilla and stir together until thoroughly mixed
- Spoon into muffin tins. I use a tin with six openings, twelve could be used for smaller muffins. If using the larger pan reduce baking time by 5 minutes.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until set in the middle.
