Ingredients
  • 1 c ketchup
  • 1 c red wine vinegar
  • 1⁄2 c brown sugar
  • 1⁄4 c molasses
  • 11⁄2 t liquid smoke
  • 1⁄2 t salt
  • 1⁄4 t black pepper
  • 1⁄4 t garlic powder
  • 1⁄4 t onion powder

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan over high heat, and whisk until smooth.
  2. Bring sauce to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30-40 minutes or until sauce has thickened.
  3. Use on pork spareribs or any of your beef, pork or chicken recipes.
