Ingredients

1 possum, cleaned and skinned, and preferably boned

3 large sweet potatoes

Pepper

Directions

Parboil possum until tender.

Place in bread pan, pepper to taste.

Surround he possum with sweet potatoes.

Bake at 375 until brown. (abt 35 minutes).

Serve warm.
