Ingredients
- 1 possum, cleaned and skinned, and preferably boned
- 3 large sweet potatoes
- Pepper
Directions
- Parboil possum until tender.
- Place in bread pan, pepper to taste.
- Surround he possum with sweet potatoes.
- Bake at 375 until brown. (abt 35 minutes).
- Serve warm.
