Tomato Bean Soup - Vegan
- 1 - 19 oz can stewed tomatoes, chopped
- 1 - 14 oz can Deep Browned Beans in Tomato Sauce
- 1 cup water
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 tsp dried basil (fresh if you have it)
- 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients (except fresh herbs, which I add last) . Bring to a boil. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- You could add some cheese prior to serving, but we like it just as is.
