Cheesecake Balls Recipe
Easy way to make delicious individual cheesecake bites

Ingredients
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 bag white candy melts
  • butter
  • graham cracker crumbs

Directions
  1. beat cream cheese for 5 minutes, until fluffy
  2. melt candy melts in microwave in 1 minute increments
  3. mix two ingredients until well blended
  4. chill in refridgerator for 2 hours
  5. remove from refridgerator and scoop out and roll small balls, approx. the size of the tip of your thumb
  6. place on wax paper lined cookie sheet
  7. after rolling all balls, place in refridgerator for about 10 minutes
  8. melt 1 stick butter and place graham cracker crumbs in bowl
  9. take balls out of refridgerator and use a toothpick to dip the balls in the butter then roll them in the graham cracker crumbs, place back on cookie sheet and return to refridgerator for 10 minutes.
  10. enjoy!
  11. store in refridgerator

Alterations


I also use this mixture to make a strawberry cheesecake. Just use a prepared graham cracker crumb or make your own, then spread the crust with strawberry preserves and fill with cream cheese mixture. It's great cut into squares and chilled!
