Ingredients

1-3/4 cups sour cream

2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup green onions, sliced

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

2 cups Sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

1-1/2 cups cooked ham finely chopped

*The ham must be finely chopped as it makes it easier as a dip

1 (1 pound) large round Sourdough bread

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley

Directions

In a saucepan, combine sour cream, cream cheese, onions and Worcestershire sauce.

Warm over low heat, stirring until blended.

Add cheese and finely chopped ham and heat.

Stir until cheese is melted and ham is heated through.

Cut off top of loaf and carefully hollow out top and bottom, leaving a 1/2 inch shell.

Cut bread into cubes.

Pour dip ingredients into bread shell.

Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley or finely chopped spring onions.

Serve with the cubes of bread, toasted pita tips, toasted bagels cut in half and then into wedges or veggies.
