Stuffed Venison Backstrap Recipe
This dish goes great with any veggie sides grilled or not.

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. butterflied venison backstrap steaks ( butterfly optional )
  • 1/2 white onion finely chopped
  • 1 bunch of green onions finely chopped
  • Cavender's all purpose greek seasoning
  • 1lb. sliced smoked bacon

Directions
  1. season opened butterflied steaks on both sides with cavender's seasoning
  2. cover one side of steak with chopped green and white onions and close the butterfly, securing the onions inside. (optional two seperate steaks works just as well)
  3. wrap steaks with sliced bacon securing with a toothpick
  4. grill over medium heat untill bacon is done, but don't over cook
