How to make it

  • season opened butterflied steaks on both sides with cavender's seasoning
  • cover one side of steak with chopped green and white onions and close the butterfly, securing the onions inside. (optional two seperate steaks works just as well)
  • wrap steaks with sliced bacon securing with a toothpick
  • grill over medium heat untill bacon is done, but don't over cook
