stuffed venison backstrap

- 2 lbs. butterflied venison backstrap steaks ( butterfly optional ) shopping list
- 1/2 white onion finely chopped shopping list
- 1 bunch of green onions finely chopped shopping list
- Cavender's all purpose Greek seasoning shopping list
- 1lb. sliced smoked bacon shopping list
How to make it
- season opened butterflied steaks on both sides with cavender's seasoning
- cover one side of steak with chopped green and white onions and close the butterfly, securing the onions inside. (optional two seperate steaks works just as well)
- wrap steaks with sliced bacon securing with a toothpick
- grill over medium heat untill bacon is done, but don't over cook
