Fish In A Flash Recipe

	Zena824 / All my dishes 1 year, 9 months ago This recipe is from a Coastal Living Magazine... I thought it was a very interesting way to cook fish..It came with several recipes and they will follow...I have not tried this so if anyone does please let me know how it goes.... Ingredients

Any Fish of your choosing.

Directions

Pour water to depth of 2 inches into a large skillet.

Bring to a boil; add fish, and return to a boil.

Cover; reduce heat, and simmer 5 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.

Remove from skillet with a slotted spoon; cool slightly.

Flake into bite size pieces.
