I made this as a quick soup in the crock pot for a Church get together. Surprisingly the children loved it and request it all the time.

Ingredients
- 1 can Progresso Chicken Minestrone Soup (or Veg Minestrone for vegetarian version)
- 1 can white corn
- 1 large can Veg-All veggies
- 1 can Bush's black beans
- 1 can diced Rotel tomatoes (I use the mild ones)
Directions
- Dump all can together in a pan and simmer about 30 minutes or in a crock pot on low all day.
- Do not drain the cans - pour all juices in.
- Sometimes I add an extra can of corn because I love corn!
- I also like to add a bit of chopped garlic.

Wednesday nights is our busy night and it has been named soup and sandwich night but everyone is always picking out a different soup and sometimes I make 3 different kinds. I think next week I will make this...Thanks :)
