Beautiful. Alexander you are too funny. Don't have any cheap sluagh in the house. Maybe a priest or a rabbi, but no slaugh. Thank you for a beautiful recipe.


Once past the title (very good, BTW :) I got as far as Fillet Mignon (I thought I was the only one left who called it that; the butcher calls it 'Beef Tenderloin' now, and since he's the one with the knife in his hands...LOL)
....With Whiskey (which comes from the United States and Ireland -- 'Whisky' comes from Canada & Scotland )
...Raison(in) Sauce, Caramelised Cabbage....
.....and I was drooling!! The Cheesey Potato Blintzes are the icing on the cake.....
