I discovered this cocktail at the East Side Company Bar in Manhattan. It is so simple yet surprising. Probably your local bartender won't know how to make it so you can make it yourself.

Ingredients
  • 2 oz Gin chilled (Miller's is what they use, very aromatic)
  • 3/4 oz Honey Syrup**
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

Directions
  1. To make the Honey Syrup, take 1 part honey and 1 part warm water, stir until the honey is dissolved. Store in the fridge.
  2. Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
