Ingredients

6 ounces Unsweetened Chocolate

1.75 Cups Flour

.5 Teaspoon Salt

.75 Teaspoon Baking Powder

6 ounces Butter

2 Cups Sugar

4 each Eggs

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 325

Whisk dry ingredients, except sugar together and set aside

Melt choclate and butter in a double boiler until smooth

Remove from heat and gradually whisk in sugar

Add eggs one at a time, whisking after each addition

Whisk in vanilla

Add flour in three increments folding batter until smooth

Transfer batter into greased 9x13 pan

Bake on center rack for 30-35 min. Toothpick should come out with a few moist crumbs on it

Cool, cut and serve
