Simple Base Brownies

- 6 ounces unsweetened chocolate shopping list
- 1.75 Cups flour shopping list
- .5 Teaspoon salt shopping list
- .75 Teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 6 ounces butter shopping list
- 2 Cups sugar shopping list
- 4 each eggs shopping list
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325
- Whisk dry ingredients, except sugar together and set aside
- Melt choclate and butter in a double boiler until smooth
- Remove from heat and gradually whisk in sugar
- Add eggs one at a time, whisking after each addition
- Whisk in vanilla
- Add flour in three increments folding batter until smooth
- Transfer batter into greased 9x13 pan
- Bake on center rack for 30-35 min. Toothpick should come out with a few moist crumbs on it
- Cool, cut and serve
