How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325
  • Whisk dry ingredients, except sugar together and set aside
  • Melt choclate and butter in a double boiler until smooth
  • Remove from heat and gradually whisk in sugar
  • Add eggs one at a time, whisking after each addition
  • Whisk in vanilla
  • Add flour in three increments folding batter until smooth
  • Transfer batter into greased 9x13 pan
  • Bake on center rack for 30-35 min. Toothpick should come out with a few moist crumbs on it
  • Cool, cut and serve
