- 6 slices roast beef, ham, or turkey meat (3 per roll up)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon grated horseradish (or pesto, chopped, red peppers, celery, olive paste, chopped nuts, mustard, or 1/2 teaspoon curry powder)
How to make it
- Place a slice of roast beef on a plate. Mix together well the cream cheese and horseradish. Spread thickly on the roast beef, and roll up.
