Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • In large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, oil, milk, salt, 2 teaspoons lemon juice and eggs.
  • Roll dough into balls (to make 36) and place on cookie sheets coated with nonstick spray.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes, until set but not brown.
  • Meanwhile, in another large bowl, mix together the frosting ingredients until mixture is smooth and all lumps are gone.
  • Dip tops of cooled cookie balls in frosting, then sprinkle with the holiday or rainbow sprinkles.

    I'll make these but I'll use my small stainless steel ice cream scoop to shape them. It makes it really easy and they all come out the same size.

    I'm going to make these. My parents will love them. It is rare you see a cookie recipe that uses oil rather than butter or shortening. I like it! It is better for you!

    My mom and I made these yesterday (OK, she made them. I watched, and ate.) They are so good, and so cute! She used all different kinds of sprinkles. Delicious! Kids loved them too. There were sprinkles all over the house. Thank you!
