- 5 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 1 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 5 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 1 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- Frosting: shopping list
- 3 cups sifted confectioner’s sugar shopping list
- 4 tablespoons melted butter shopping list
- 6 tablespoons orange juice shopping list
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 2 ½ teaspoons pure vanilla extract shopping list
- Rainbow sprinkles shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, oil, milk, salt, 2 teaspoons lemon juice and eggs.
- Roll dough into balls (to make 36) and place on cookie sheets coated with nonstick spray.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, until set but not brown.
- Meanwhile, in another large bowl, mix together the frosting ingredients until mixture is smooth and all lumps are gone.
- Dip tops of cooled cookie balls in frosting, then sprinkle with the holiday or rainbow sprinkles.
