Could you use baby carrots instead of mini carrots?

Yes sday5, I use baby carrots half the time, it really all depends on what you want. I've even used 'carrot chips' which they sell pre-cut.

Hey do the carrots that dont get boiled stay hard and crunchy like?
im gonna try this i think.....seeing as my mum has a weird obsession with buying carrots just now....we have like 5 bags in our fridge..just cause they were on special.

"In a pot, bring all the other ingredients (except the 2 dried chilies)"
So what are you supposed to do with the chilies?

I changed out the dried chiles for a couple of habanero chiles and added about a clove of minced garlic. I call them Fire Bomb carrots and my family loves them.
I also use the carrot chips from the grocery store. Its easy and the chips are more uniform in size.
