This is my favorite Green Bean casserole!!!!!

Ingredients
  • 1 can french style green beans
  • 1 can shoepeg corn
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • Pinch of salt
  • Topping
  • 1 stick of butter or margerine melted ( I use a little less than 1 stick)
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. Mix 1st 8 ingredients and pour into buttered casserole dish. ( I spray mine with Pam).
  2. Melt butter and pour over crushed crackers.and put on casserole. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top (as much as you like) and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
