How to make it

  • Toast your bread. Spread a table spoon of White Sauce* over the toasted bread top with cheese and put in the grill till golden and melty.
  • To each peice of toasted cheese add a slice of warmed silver side*, then a hand full of the peppery salad greens.
  • Top the salad leaves with a poached egg for each slice of bread, and pour fresh made hollandaise*.
