Meeks Famous Sunday Suprise

This is an awsome recipe for the left overs of a silverside dinner. I came up with it on a Sunday out of laziness and now my partner requests this more then the full dinner it's self hahahaha.
Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread shopping list
- 4 large eggs shopping list
- 4 slices of left over silver side shopping list
- some left over white sauce shopping list
- cheese shopping list
- Some peppery salad leaves (water crest etc) shopping list
How to make it
- Toast your bread. Spread a table spoon of White Sauce* over the toasted bread top with cheese and put in the grill till golden and melty.
- To each peice of toasted cheese add a slice of warmed silver side*, then a hand full of the peppery salad greens.
- Top the salad leaves with a poached egg for each slice of bread, and pour fresh made hollandaise*.
