This is an awsome recipe for the left overs of a silverside dinner. I came up with it on a Sunday out of laziness and now my partner requests this more then the full dinner it's self hahahaha.

Ingredients
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices of left over silver side
  • some left over white sauce
  • cheese
  • Some peppery salad leaves (water crest etc)

Directions
  1. Toast your bread. Spread a table spoon of White Sauce* over the toasted bread top with cheese and put in the grill till golden and melty.
  2. To each peice of toasted cheese add a slice of warmed silver side*, then a hand full of the peppery salad greens.
  3. Top the salad leaves with a poached egg for each slice of bread, and pour fresh made hollandaise*.
  4. Enjoy.
