How to make it

  • Place ground beef into skillet
  • add salt, pepper, and garlic to taste
  • brown beef (make sure there is NO red!)
  • open Rotel and add all the contents (including juices)into a pot
  • Add Velveeta to a pot
  • stir until all the cheese has evenly melted
  • add the browned ground beef
  • stir until contents are satisfiably mixed
  • place chips on a plate
  • add lettuce (as much as you so desire)
  • pour cheese mix over the lettuce
  • add a drop of cool sour cream
  • ENJOY!

    Your recipe names are so cute. I remember when I was going to college, we had NO food in the house except leftover bagels from the bagel shop I worked at. We have bagels from morning till night!! HAHA. I'm surprised I can even still eat a bagel!!
