Brazilian Vinagrette

- One large ripe tomato shopping list
- one cucumber shopping list
- 1/4 medium red onion shopping list
- 1 green bell pepper shopping list
- cilantro to taste shopping list
- 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro shopping list
How to make it
- Chop all of the veggies into small 1/2 inch pieces and toss in a bowl with the vinegar and olive oil. Right before serving add a little salt. Do not add salt before serving, as it will draw all of the moisture from the veggies.
