CHOCOLATE CARAMEL WALNUT FUDGE
- 3 C. (18 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
- 14 oz. Can sweetened condensed milk
- Dash salt
- 1 C. chopped walnuts
- 1/2 C. caramel ice cream topping
- 1-1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract
How to make it
- In saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate pieces with sweetened
- Condensed milk and salt.
- Remove from heat; stir in walnuts, caramel topping and vanilla. Spread evenly into foil-lined 8 or 9" square pan.
- Chill 2 hours or until firm.
- Makes about 2 pounds.
