Spaghetts saucy Multipurpose

- 3,or 4 links Italian mild sausage, or hot. (uncased.) shopping list
- 1 lb. pork sausage. shopping list
- 1 large onion julienned. shopping list
- 1 -15oz. can tomato sauce. shopping list
- 1- 12oz can chicken stock. shopping list
- 1 pkg. mushrooms, your choice sliced. shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced. shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp. oregano. shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp. cayenne pepper. shopping list
- 1/2 can tomato paste (small) shopping list
How to make it
- Brown pork and sausage and drain fat.
- Saute onions, mushrooms and garlic in butter and olive oil until they look like they will melt in your mouth.
- In a large pot add all of the ingredients and bring to simmer for just under an hour on low heat.
- Season after tasting.
- Enjoy over pasta, as a lasagna base or meat sauce for rice.
