Spaghetts Saucy Multipurpose Recipe
This sauce fits pastas, lasagnas and anything that requires a red sauce. It's a multi-purpose sauce that is so flavourful, you can improvise in any meat dish.

Ingredients
  • 3,or 4 links Italian mild sausage, or hot. (uncased.)
  • 1 lb. pork sausage.
  • 1 large onion julienned.
  • 1 -15oz. can tomato sauce.
  • 1- 12oz can chicken stock.
  • 1 pkg. mushrooms, your choice sliced.
  • 1 clove garlic, minced.
  • 1/2 tbsp. oregano.
  • 1/2 tbsp. cayenne pepper.
  • 1/2 can tomato paste (small)

Directions
  1. Brown pork and sausage and drain fat.
  2. Saute onions, mushrooms and garlic in butter and olive oil until they look like they will melt in your mouth.
  3. In a large pot add all of the ingredients and bring to simmer for just under an hour on low heat.
  4. Season after tasting.
  5. Enjoy over pasta, as a lasagna base or meat sauce for rice.
