How to make it

  • Heat Olive oil over medium-high heat in large Saute pan
  • Coat Chicken with flour
  • Add Garlic to oil when hot, cook 30 seconds
  • Add Chicken, fry till golden brown then turn and brown second side
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste
  • Add Olives, Mushrooms, Rosemary and Beer.
  • Turn heat to low and simmer with pan covered for about two hours.
  • Sauce should reduce to a nice gravy consistency.
  • Additional beer can be added if sauce becomes too thick.
