Prehead your oven to 350F. Then clean your potatoes and cut them into thin slices (cut in half then each half should be cut into 6 wedges or so). Put your wedges in a bowl with the olive oil and toss until olive oil is on all the wedges. Then add in your oregeno chili flakes and salt and peper. Toss that up again. Pop those on a baking sheet then put them in the oven for 20 minutes. They should turn golden brown. Once this happens, take them out and flip them over and bake for another 10 minutes. Then you can sprinkle a little parmesan cheese if you like. Fin.
