Ingredients

How to make it

  • Pulse all ingredients excep oil with 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper in a food processor untl combined.
  • With the motor running, add oil in a slow stream and process until combined.
  • Transfer to an airtight container, chill until reading to use.
  • Will keep up to two weeks, makes about 1 1/2 c dressing.

    I made it last night. My husband loved it, I thought it was pretty good, but it tastes even better today. Recommend refrig overnight to blend flavors. I also had a very sweet balsamic and I tasted the dressing prior to adding honey and decided to omit it.

    My husband and I love Balsamic Vinaigrette and this has no added salt! I even have shallots in my pantry. I'll have to try it. I'll report back :)
