Balsmaic Vinaigrette

- 3/4 c balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 2 tbs Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1tsp dried basil or 1tbp freshly chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp dried parsly or 1 tbp freshly chopped shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp honey shopping list
- 1/4 tsp minced shallot shopping list
- 1/4 tsp minced garlic shopping list
- 1 cup olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Pulse all ingredients excep oil with 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper in a food processor untl combined.
- With the motor running, add oil in a slow stream and process until combined.
- Transfer to an airtight container, chill until reading to use.
- Will keep up to two weeks, makes about 1 1/2 c dressing.

My husband and I love Balsamic Vinaigrette and this has no added salt! I even have shallots in my pantry. I'll have to try it. I'll report back :)
