New England Pork Tenderloin Recipe
Baked or Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Apples and Maple Syrup. This is a modified recipe off the back of a rice box... LOL. But it is quick and delicious.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • 1 medium Granny Smith apple, diced
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon butter

Directions
  1. Bake or grill tenderloiin to desired degree. Use meat thermometer to check internal temperatures. Set aside.
  2. In a small non-stick saucepan, add diced apples, butter, walnuts and maple syrup. Cook on medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
  3. Slice tenderloin on the slant, arrange on plates, pour apple mixture on top and serve.
