Ingredients
  • 6-8 boiled eggs
  • 8 green chillies
  • 2 green tomatoes, cut into 4 or 6
  • 1 big onion
  • salt & sugar
  • 75ml stock
  • 1 lemongrass
  • 5 kaffir lime leaves
  • oil

Directions
  1. Mix chillies & tomatoes, then use food processor to make puree.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and then saute the puree, then add egg, leaves & lemongrass.
  3. Season with salt and sugar.
  4. Add water and let it boil, taste it and add suger & salt if it's needed.
  5. Serve with rice!

I love the flavors, lime leaves, lemongrass, but I've never seen them with boiled eggs. Are the egg left whole or quartered?
