Ingredients
  • 8 oz strawberries (organic)
  • 4 oz kiwifruit (organic)
  • 4 oz banana (organic)
  • 1 tablespoon spirulina
  • 1 tablespoon linseeds (optional)
  • red currants for garnish (optional)

Directions
  1. Juice the strawberries and kiwifruit and mix
  2. in blender or juicer
  3. add banana, spirulina, linseeds and a few ice cubes.
  4. Decorate with red currents. if desired.
