Ingredients
  • 23/4 cups flour
  • 21/2 tspn baking powd
  • 125g butter
  • 250ml fresh cream
  • castor sugar for dipping

Directions
  1. mix flour,butter and baking powd
  2. make soft dough with fresh cream
  3. roll out,cut into strips,1cm wide,dip in sugar,twist
  4. bake at 180 degrees til golden brown
  5. dip in castor sugar whilst hot
