Chickeny Ricey Soupy Love

- chicken breast diced or sliced/cubed ( 3 ) shopping list
- long grain rice approx 3 cups shopping list
- onions,diced, approx 3 shopping list
- carrots, sliced, 4 shopping list
- chicken or veg stock, approx 2 pints shopping list
- water approx 1 pint shopping list
- single cream shopping list
- white wine. shopping list
- Dash of olive oil. shopping list
How to make it
- Chop/ Dice all the onions and carrots, put them in a large pot with a dash of olive oil and fry until slightly soft.
- When soft, add 1 pint of chicken stock to the pan. Add about 3 cups of the rice and if its quite dry, add some more water.
- keep adding water (it should look rather wet and soupy) if it is dry.
- After approx 30 minutes, taste. Add pepper to your strength liking and a little teaspoon of mustard if its a bit bland. ( this depends on ur veg)
- Add a dash of cream, and a dash of white wine. Stir and taste.
- Simmer until thick and creamy, add more cream or wine.
- Eat!!
